2. We Are Not Attorneys

Adriana’s Immigration Services is not a law firm, and its employees, representatives, and consultants do not act as attorneys, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing regarding an individual who is properly licensed or authorized to provide legal services.

We do not provide legal advice, represent clients before immigration courts, or replace the services of a licensed attorney or accredited representative.

Our services are limited to administrative and non-legal activities permitted by law, including:

  • Translating information provided by the client.
  • Organizing documents and case files.
  • Obtaining or assisting with the collection of supporting documents.
  • Preparing documents based exclusively on information provided by the client.
  • Submitting or mailing completed forms at the client’s request.
  • Providing general information regarding administrative processes.
  • Referring clients to a licensed attorney or accredited representative when legal advice is required.

We do not determine which immigration benefit an individual should apply for, provide legal evaluations regarding eligibility, or recommend legal answers for immigration forms.

When a matter requires legal interpretation, representation, defense, legal strategy, or an assessment of legal risks, the client should consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

3. No Guarantee of Immigration Results

Adriana’s Immigration Services does not guarantee the approval of any application, petition, work permit, permanent residence application, citizenship application, visa, waiver, renewal, employment authorization, or any other immigration benefit.

Final decisions are made exclusively by the appropriate government authorities, including, but not limited to:

  • United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS.
  • Department of Homeland Security, or DHS.
  • United States Department of State.
  • United States embassies and consulates.
  • Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.
  • Customs and Border Protection, or CBP.
  • Executive Office for Immigration Review, or EOIR.
  • Immigration courts and other government agencies.

Hiring or participating in our services does not mean that the client will receive immigration documents, employment authorization, permanent residence, citizenship, protection from removal, or any other specific outcome.

We do not claim to have special contacts, influence, agreements, privileges, or the ability to obtain preferential treatment from any government agency, official, or employee.

4. Government Decisions, Delays, and Actions

Adriana’s Immigration Services does not control and shall not be responsible for:

  • The approval, denial, rejection, or closure of a case.
  • Requests for additional evidence.
  • Interviews, investigations, or background checks.
  • Government processing times.
  • Delays caused by USCIS, consulates, courts, or other agencies.
  • Changes in laws, policies, forms, requirements, or government fees.
  • Documents that are lost, returned, or rejected by a government authority.
  • Cancellations or changes to government appointments.
  • Technical errors, system failures, or interruptions involving government platforms.
  • Immigration enforcement actions taken by government authorities.
  • Results affected by the client’s immigration, criminal, civil, financial, or personal history.
  • Consequences resulting from false, incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, or late information.

Any processing-time estimates are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing complete, truthful, accurate, current, and verifiable information.

The client agrees to:

  1. Carefully review all documents before signing them or authorizing their submission.
  2. Notify us of any change in address, telephone number, email address, marital status, employment, criminal history, or immigration status.
  3. Provide all requested documentation within the required deadlines.
  4. Disclose previous immigration applications, arrests, detentions, deportations, entries into or departures from the United States, the use of different names, criminal history, and any other relevant information.
  5. Keep copies of submitted documents and received communications.
  6. Attend all interviews, biometrics appointments, hearings, medical examinations, and consular appointments on time.
  7. Read and respond to communications issued by government authorities.
  8. Obtain independent legal advice when the circumstances of the case require it.

The client shall be responsible for consequences resulting from false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or omitted information.

Adriana’s Immigration Services may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to provide the required documentation, does not make required payments, does not respond to communications, or requests the submission of information that we reasonably believe to be false or fraudulent.

6. Fees for Our Services

Prices quoted by Adriana’s Immigration Services apply only to the services expressly described in the applicable estimate, promotion, receipt, or individual service agreement.

Prices may vary depending on the type of service, the number of individuals included, the documentation required, administrative complexity, translations, corrections, additional requests, or changes to the client’s instructions.

Before beginning a paid service, the client will receive applicable information regarding the scope and cost of our services.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace an individual service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the individual service agreement shall control, provided that they comply with applicable law.

7. Government Fees and Additional Expenses

Unless a promotion or written agreement expressly states otherwise, fees paid to Adriana’s Immigration Services do not include government filing fees or third-party expenses.

The client shall be responsible for paying, as applicable:

  • USCIS filing fees.
  • United States Department of State fees.
  • Consular fees.
  • Biometrics fees.
  • Medical examinations and vaccinations.
  • Passport-style photographs.
  • External certified translations.
  • Certified copies.
  • Birth, marriage, divorce, death, or other civil records.
  • Police, court, or immigration records.
  • Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, requests.
  • Psychological or professional evaluations.
  • Attorney’s fees.
  • Permitted notarial services.
  • Mailing, courier, shipping, or expedited delivery fees.
  • Travel, transportation, or lodging expenses.
  • Any other expense charged by a government agency or third-party provider.

Government fees may change without notice. The client is responsible for paying the amount in effect at the time the application or petition is filed.

Adriana’s Immigration Services does not establish, control, or retain government filing fees as compensation for its own services.

Payment of a government fee does not guarantee that an application will be accepted or approved. Any refund of government fees is subject exclusively to the rules and decisions of the receiving agency.

8. Pro Bono Activities and Services

From time to time, Adriana’s Immigration Services may offer campaigns, community programs, scholarships, special activities, or pro bono services.

Unless the applicable announcement expressly states otherwise, the term pro bono means that Adriana’s Immigration Services will waive or partially reduce its own professional service fees for the services specifically included in the activity.

Pro bono participation does not automatically include:

  • USCIS or other government filing fees.
  • Consular fees.
  • Biometrics fees.
  • Medical examinations.
  • Vaccinations.
  • External certified translations.
  • Official records or certified copies.
  • Photographs.
  • Professional evaluations.
  • Courier or mailing expenses.
  • Attorney’s fees.
  • Third-party expenses.
  • Services not expressly included in the applicable announcement.

The participant is responsible for paying all applicable government fees and additional expenses.

A pro bono activity does not guarantee that:

  • The participant is eligible for an immigration benefit.
  • An application or petition will be filed.
  • A government authority will accept the filing.
  • The immigration matter will be approved.
  • A visa, work permit, permanent residence card, citizenship certificate, or other document will be issued.
  • A government fee waiver will be approved.

Government fee waivers are subject to the requirements and decisions of the appropriate government authority. Adriana’s Immigration Services cannot promise or guarantee approval of a fee-waiver request.

Selection of participants may be subject to availability, deadlines, eligibility requirements, staff capacity, submission of required documentation, and the specific rules of each program or announcement.

Adriana’s Immigration Services may withdraw a pro bono benefit if the participant provides false information, fails to provide documents, does not respond to communications, misses appointments, or fails to comply with the program’s requirements.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Scholarships

Promotions, discounts, scholarships, and special activities:

  • Are valid only during the dates stated in the applicable announcement.
  • Are subject to availability and participation limits.
  • Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • May not be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized in writing.
  • Apply only to the services specifically identified.
  • Do not apply retroactively to previously contracted services.
  • Do not include government fees or third-party expenses unless expressly stated.
  • May require an initial administrative assessment.
  • May be modified or canceled when reasonably necessary or required by law.

Advertising or announcing a promotion does not constitute automatic acceptance of a case or a guarantee of eligibility.

10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable contract, promotion, or receipt.

Any cancellation rights required by applicable law will be disclosed in the individual service agreement.

Government fees and payments made to third parties are subject to the policies of the applicable agency or provider. Adriana’s Immigration Services cannot guarantee that such payments will be refunded.

When services have already been performed, documents have been prepared, translations have been completed, payments have been processed, or expenses have been incurred, any refund will be subject to the individual service agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or limited.

11. Testimonials and Previous Results

Testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, stories, and results displayed on the website or on social media reflect individual experiences.

Past results do not guarantee the same or similar results for another client.

Opting out of promotional messages may not stop essential communications related to an active service, appointment, payment, pending document, or transaction when such communications are permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include links, tools, or references to government websites, attorneys, service providers, payment platforms, and other third parties.

19. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, practices, promotions, or legal requirements.
